We guarantee every Rick and Morty Vape from our shop have passed every quality test. We guarantee that it’ll be free of manufacturing defects. Once your order has been received, please check the R and M Vape package and all items carefully to make sure whether they can work well.

If your Rand M Vapes are not performing as expected by the time it’s delivered or after a time for reasons which is beyond our control, we’re always here to handle it with a professional manner to make our customers satisfied with their purchase from Tornado Vape Shop.

The policy covers all RandM vape purchase up to 3 Days DOA and 15 Days Return & Refund

15 Days Warranty

We have certain guarantee period for Rick and Morty Vapes from the date of original purchase, batteries and Mods usually come with 30 days warranty, please check the R&M vape guarantee section in item description carefully.

3 Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee

If your RandM Vape arrives damaged or is not working at all upon first use, please also contact us within the guaranteed time-frame to ask for after-sale help.

 If there is mechanical or electrical defects in materials and/or workmanship issues on the RandM vapes,please send us the proof to support@tornadovape.com.

15 Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee for Unopened & Unused Items

Tornado + Vape shop wants you to be completely satisfied with our products and service. If for whatever reason you do not want your Rick and Morty Vape within 15 days of receiving it, we accept sending the item back to us that have not been opened or used. Refunds are issued after we well receive the item. The return shipping fee is the customers responsibility and is non-refundable in such cases.

Items that have been opened, used, or are not in a resellable condition are not eligible for a refund.

According to items’ features, prefilled cartridges and e-juice are not applicable in this guarantee.

How to Make A Warranty Claim

If you believe your RandM Vape has a warranty issue, your first point of contact should be your RandM retailer where you purchased your Tornado vape. The place of purchase will facilitate the claim with RandM on your behalf.

If you purchased directly from www.tornadovape.com, submit a warranty claim to support@tornadovape.com and a member of our support team will reach out to you once your claim has been reviewed.

Please follow the warranty process and contact our customer service stating:

  1. The order number.
  2. The item code(s) you wish to return.
  3. The reason for return.

Our Customer Service will review your case and offer a return back within 24 hours.
