In RandM Vape, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, there’s no extra cost then. To optimize savings and save on shipping costs, please consider purchasing in bulk. You may change the shipping address and cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Most orders we ship in 1~3 working days, In cases of high demand, orders can take up to 4 days. Vape parcels will be shipped through our reliable shipping network to swiftly deliver your packages. US orders transit will take 3~7 working days, other areas can be 8-15days.

Delivery Area
RnM Vape works with a large number of logistics and will choose the best one for your area to fulfill worldwide customers’ needs for the stability and timeliness of shipping. The current shipping methods offered are Registered Air Mail, Express and UPS. Due to shipping policies, there are still some areas that are not available, you can check our order page or contact our customer service at support@tornadovape.com.
In the meantime, shipping times will be slower, shipping prices will be higher. We recommend stocking up before the new taxes hit and staying tuned for more updates as we learn more.
* We provide express and USPS shipping services. No tax needed. For certain places, we might not deliver or need extra shipping.
The Covid-19 and E-cigarettes policies have had a substantial negative effect on the logistical channels for E-cig. We are working around the clock to find more shipping alternatives so we can keep serving you as best we can.
Shipment Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
USPS has officially announced the restriction of Vape Mail on October 21. Moving forward, all orders will be shipped out with X Delivery and Local Regional Carriers.
If you are located in the Midwest U.S., estimated shipping time frame is 5 to 7 business days. For the rest of the country, it can take up to 8-15 business days longer than the usual delivery times.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You can cancel the order or change the shipping address anytime before we send the products out to you. But once the product has been shipped out, we cant refund or change the address. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any more questions at support@tornadovape.com.
PACT & Our Plans
The “Preventing Online Sales of E-Cigarettes to Children Act” was buried in the massive Omnibus spending bill and signed into law on December 27, 2020. Among other things, this law mandates:
· Sellers must collect all state and tribal excise taxes
· Purchasers must present a 21+ adult ID to delivery drivers
· The postal service must create a rule prohibiting shipments of vapor products
· While not required by law, UPS, FedEx, and DHL have also announced prohibition of shipments
We already cannot ship Vapes via FedEx and UPS from April 5th. DHL stops accepting E-cig shipments on March 26, 2021.
