R&M Vape Return & Refund

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

It is the customers responsibility to make sure the address information provided is accurate, including city, state and zip code to prevent any error or delays in shipping. Order details cannot be changed once the parcel has been shipped out. Inaccurate shipping information may result in a delay and additional shipping costs. Please review RandM Vape shipping policy page if you have any doubts for delivery.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your R and M Vape for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. 

Starting Jan 2nd, 2020 we will no longer be accepting returns or exchanges for any products affected by the upcoming FDA sales restrictions that are due to take effect on Feb 1st., 2020. This includes flavored pods. When placing your order please be aware that we will not accept any returns or exchanges for the above-mentioned items. These items are sold as final sale items as they will no longer be available post-FDA deadline.

Returns

Any new and unused Rick and Morty Vape purchased from RandM Vape Shop can be returned for a refund or exchange within the first 15-days warranty of delivery date. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your Rick and Morty Vapes must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note if a lower price is available on the tornadovape.com or other websites due to promotional activities, we may not refund the price difference.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. There will also be a 15% restocking fee.

If you are approved, your refunds that are issued by R&M Vape Shop will be credited back to the original payment method used on your purchase, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund from Tornado Vape yet, please contact us at support@tornadovape.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@tornadovape.com

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail to RnM Team at support@tornadovape.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
