Q: Do I need to create an account to place order? How do I track my order?
You don’t have to if you don’t want to submit more information, because we offer guest checkout. Order confirmation and order tracking will be informed by email.
Q: What warranty does Tornado Vape offer?
RandM Vape shop covers all Tornado vapes and RandM Sunax purchase up to 3 Days DOA and 30 Days Return & Refund, please check R&M Vape warranty page for details.
Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
It is the customer responsibility to make sure the address info, order item and quantity are accurate. RnM vape orders can not be cancelled or changed once the order has been shipped out. If you need to modify your order, please contact us at support@tornadovape.com in the first minute when you change your mind.
Q: How long will my R&M Vape take to arrive?
Shipping time varies from 5-7 business days for the U.S. orders. All other countries including EU, Canada, Middle East etc will be in 10-15days. Ready Stock are shipped from our CA warehouse by USPS.
Q: My RandM Tornado arrived incomplete or defective, what to do?
In very rare cases, your order may be arrived damaged. In such case, please contact our customer service team via support@tornadovape.com with a clear photo and/or video of the condition and we will help you with the issue immediately.
* Please make sure that you can notify us of the damaged product issue within 72 hours from the date of receipt. Claims made longer than 3 days will not be accepted.
